The association “arte e segni” – art and symbols – was established with the objective of supporting the artistic work of Ernesto Oeschger and, in particular, to enable the further artistic development of his rubbings of rock-drawings. In addition, the organisation’s aim is to ensure the preservation of the valuable original rubbings and raise both the art world’s and the general public’s awareness of his work by arranging exhibitions.
